Most people have tried an AI chat tool and found it useful for a moment, then gone back to working the way they did before. This workshop is about closing that gap. It isn't a tour of features. It's about the handful of recurring tasks that fill a normal week, and setting AI up so it takes real work off them.
Who it is for
Managing directors, managers and anyone whose week is full of recurring knowledge work: writing, reading, preparing, summarising and following up.
What we work on
Participants bring a real week with them: the emails that keep coming back, the meetings that need preparing, the research questions and the status updates. Together we pick the tasks where AI saves the most time, set up the tools for them and run them on real material in the room.
Drafting, sorting and answering recurring email
Preparing for meetings, and turning notes into decisions and next steps
First-pass research and summaries of long documents
Planning the week and keeping track of open items
What you leave with
A small set of workflows that already run on your own work, a clear sense of where AI helps and where it gets things wrong, and a simple habit for checking output before it goes out under your name.
