"Agent" has become one of the vaguest words in business software. In this workshop it means something specific: a model with clear instructions, access to a few tools and firm limits on what it may do on its own. Participants don't watch a demo of one. They build one, for a workflow they actually have.
Who it is for
Team leads, operations people and business owners who have a repetitive workflow in mind and want to see whether an agent can carry part of it.
What we work on
Each participant brings one workflow from their own business. We break it into steps, decide which of them an agent can take over and build the agent step by step.
Choosing a workflow that is narrow enough to automate and valuable enough to matter
Writing instructions, connecting the tools and data the agent needs
Testing on real cases and fixing what goes wrong
Deciding what the agent may do alone and what needs a person's approval
What you leave with
A working first agent, a written description of the workflow with its checks and limits, and a short list of the next workflows worth trying.
