Many companies have run an AI pilot. Someone tested a chat tool, a few people liked it, and a few months later hardly anyone uses it. The problem is rarely the technology. It's that nobody chose the right tasks, set them up properly, agreed how to measure them or made anyone responsible for them. This sprint does those four things.
Who it is for
SMEs whose teams have experimented with AI tools, but where the use stalled before it became part of daily work.
What we work on
We work with the team rather than presenting to it, on a small number of use cases that matter in their daily work.
Choosing use cases with the people who will actually use them
Setting them up properly, with the tools and examples the team needs
Agreeing how to measure them before and after, in time per task and quality
Naming an owner for each use case and a few simple rules for using it
What you leave with
Use cases that are in daily use, a measured before and after, owners who keep them running, and a plan for the next round.
Format
We run this sprint in-house, with the team, over several sessions. [TODO: sprint length and price]
